CBA Libris Awards, nominated and voted on by members of the Canadian bookselling community, honour outstanding achievement in Canada’s bookselling industry. There is no monetary prize awarded; a trophy engraved with the winner's category and year is presented. The awards can be prominently displayed in the winners’ store/office. Recognition of the awards is very prevalent within the industry and winning one of CBA's Libris Awards is considered to be a great achievement. Canadian Booksellers Association (CBA)announces its nominees for our prestigious CBA Libris Awards annually in March. Celebrating the Best in the Business, and voted on by members of the book industry, Libris Award Winners are announced during CBA’s Libris Awards Presentation, which takes place at Metro Toronto Convention Centre during BookExpo Canada in June. Voting ballots will be distributed in May. Thank you to all who submitted nominations for this year's awards, and congratulations to the very deserving nominees and winners. For information on CBA Libris Awards Reception and Presentation, please contact CBA at 416-467-7883, ext. 230, or esinkins@cbabook.org.
